President Obama says that we face biggest and most difficult challenges. And what the American people hope is what they must deserve is for all of us. Democrats and Republicans must work through the Americans differences; to overcome the numbing weight of the American politics. He also said that by the time he finish talking many Americans will lose their health insurance and millions will be lose this year because the deficit will grow, many things might changes. Patients will be denied, Small business owners will continue to drop coverage altogether but he will never talk away from America; instead he will share the moment with the people.
